1. SHIPPING REGIONS
Currently, we primarily serve the United States market.
2. PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Since we ship our premium products directly from our specialized fulfillment center in China to ensure the best selection and quality control, our estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping: 15-30 business days.
Express Shipping (if available): 7-15business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $9.90
Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $99
5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Viga is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Note: For most small to medium-sized toy orders to the US, duties are typically not applied, but please check your local regulations.
7. DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@viga-toys.com. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods, and provide photos so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement for you.
8. MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives and is missing an item, please reach out to us with your order number, and we will resolve the issue immediately.
