Returns & Refunds
At Viga, we stand behind the quality of our educational toys and furniture. We want you and your child to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@viga-toys.com
- Please include your Order Number and the Reason for Return.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Viga will cover the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., you no longer want the item), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at service@viga-toys.com
- We will require clear photos of the damage/defect to process your replacement or refund.
- For wooden products, natural grain variations are not considered defects, but structural cracks or splinters are fully covered.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Personal care goods (if applicable).
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Sale items or gift cards.
6. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
7. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
